As the “Church” we are be “in” the world and look at all like the world. Join us this week as we look at the 3rd amazing Easter God event, the beginning of the church
Jesus never intended for the church to leave the sick and dying and huddle into a safe Christian cultural apart from the world.

You can’t do it on your own…it takes the RIGHT team. This is what I have learned comes from working with a great team…
• The right team just doesn’t love the work; they love and TRUST each other. If we don’t love and trust each other the team will not work
• The right team lightens the load for everyone; problems don’t belong to “me” but to “us!”
• The right team has a “hats off” environment where truth is spoken in love which will help prevent each other from making really bad decisions.
• The right great team will embrace uncomfortable conversations and will not drift towards trying to make everyone happy but rather making the right decision.
• The right team will refuse to allow personal preferences to dictate decisions.
• The right team will fight against the status quo!
• The right team will make hard decisions, even when it makes people uncomfortable.
• The right team is always more excited about what is ahead than what is behind!
Leader to Leader I love the team I serve with!
“I can always depend on you”; how often is that said about us?
Posted on Monday, March 12th, 2012 at 9:08 am in THINK ON THESE THINGS... by LarryRemember: It’s only when you are dependable that people trust you with their most valuable possession…THEMSELVES. It’s good to do a regular dependability test for the big and little things? Ask yourself, “Can I be depended on to show up on time for meetings, to complete my job on time, to be there for my family, friends or co-workers in time of need? Not many things gives more pleasure than to have someone say, “I can always depend on you”…Pastor Larry
